Thank you for your patience the second half of 2025, as we dealt with back surgery for my father Dennis, and my interim tenure taking his place with inspections & the learning curve in running the business.
We are grateful for you business & understanding, and we are overdue in providing an update on what is happening with Phoenix Home Watch.
Dennis has decided to call it a career and finally, fully retire. Which means I have taken over all operations as we move into 2026.
I’m sure you’re thinking, that is great J.D., but who are you and why should I let you trust you with my house??
I’m a full-time Realtor who lives in Peoria and have been in real estate here in Phoenix since 1998. I have worn nearly every hat in the industry, from commercial leasing & property management, to 16 years as a Realtor. I’ve been in thousands of homes and like my father, I have developed an attention to detail, which comes in handy when serving my brokerage client’s as well as during home watch inspections.
My father and I knew this day would come, so we planned accordingly when we established Phoenix Home Watch, which means I’m already an owner, and have gone through the same background checks when we first joined the National Home Watch Association. Plus, I just went through the fingerprint certification clearance with the Arizona Department of Public Safety as I renewed my Associate Broker license with the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate.
