J.D. Manning - Owner & lead inspecctor

J.D. has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona since 1998, with experience in all facets of commercial property management, investment real estate & has been a Realtor since 2009, which he continues today.

He helped his father Dennis establish Phoenix Home Watch in January 2023, and recently took over the full operation & inspections upon Dennis’ retirement in August 2025.

J.D. & his family live in Peoria, Arizona, where he is active in the community of Arrowhead Ranch. He operates a local media company which publishes EverythingArrowhead.com, the Sun City Scoop Newsletter & the HikePhoenix Newsletter.

J.D. & his son Tyler are avid hikers, and you can find them hiking somewhere in the Valley most weekends, when the weather is nice. He is also a founder of the Arrowhead Hiking Club.
